For Our Guests with Sensory Processing Challenges The Aquarium does not have strollers available for loan. Please speak to a team member at the Aquarium’s front gate if you would like us to store your stroller for you during your visit. Strollers: Strollers are welcome at the Aquarium, though you may have a more enjoyable experience without them on weekends and holidays when the Aquarium experiences capacity crowds. The Aquarium does not have electronic conveyance vehicles available for loan. Please inform a team member at the Aquarium’s front gate and they will assist you there is no need to stand in the ticketing line to request a wheelchair. Wheelchairs/ECV: The Aquarium has a limited number of manual wheelchairs available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis with a photo ID deposit. A Companion Care restroom can be found at the start of the journey on the first floor. Restrooms are located at the start of the journey on the first floor and half way through the journey on the second floor. ![]() Restrooms: All restrooms are accessible to all guests and include a baby changing table. ![]() Additional accessible parking is available in the West Lot. Parking: Union Station’s South Lot includes accessible parking, a guest drop-off area, and a complimentary parking shuttle that will drop passengers to the entrance of Union Station. Access: Walkways, ramps and elevators create easy wheelchair, walker and stroller access throughout your Aquarium journey. ![]()
